Need to recover after a stay in hospital?
If your elderly loved one has had a short stay in hospital because of a fall or an illness they may be facing discharge but not be quite well enough to go home just yet.
A short period of convalescence in our nursing wing is the ideal solution. We'll nurse them back to full fitness so that they can then return home and you can relax in the knowledge that they can cope once again.
Or perhaps you need a longer stay
If your elderly loved one needs nursing care but you can no longer cope at home or if their needs have increased it may be time to look for a longer term spell of full time residential nursing care.
Gresham Lodge's staff have many years experience of nursing the elderly. There's hardly anything we haven't faced before so we'll know the best way to help your loved one. They'll receive round the clock care with staff always available for anything they need so you can relax in the knowledge they're receiving the best possible care.
If it's your spouse we're looking after and you'd like to stay at the home as well to be with them that will be absolutely fine. You just need to tell us so we can make sure we have a suitable room available for you. You never know you might even prefer it to home once you've experienced life here. Many people do.
